I bought a car here in December and my husband just bought one today.. excellent service! Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. Andy and Clint in the financing department are great guys and make everything go very smoothly, I felt comfortable working with both of them. Latrice and Latoya are the best sales people ever, too! I never once felt pressured, and there's always some sort of food available for the customers, even if I'm just getting an oil change or something. They really do everything in their power to make sure they can swing a deal that YOU want without making you feel backed into a corner like what happened with my first car (I was stupid at eighteen and desperate, LOL). They're very pro-Army which we liked, and we were able to get awesome rebates and they gave us a lot for our trade-ins both times. Even though the car we got today we probably could've gotten a little cheaper elsewhere, we were willing to pay the extra just to deal with people we know aren't going to try to mess us over and aren't going to forget about us. |
